30-Day PC Build Guarantee & Refund Policy
Every custom PC build is assembled with care, tested thoroughly, and guaranteed to perform as advertised. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-Day Guarantee.
30-Day Performance Guarantee
If your PC experiences any hardware-related issues within the first 30 days of delivery, we will diagnose and repair the issue at no cost to you. This includes parts and labor for any defective components covered under manufacturer warranties.
30-Day Limited Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your PC under the following conditions:
Eligible for a Full Refund:
The PC is returned in like-new condition, with no signs of physical damage.
All included accessories, cables, and packaging are returned.
No modifications have been made to hardware beyond what was delivered.
Eligible for a Partial Refund (Up to 80%):
If the PC shows minor wear or missing accessories.
If components have been opened, modified, or show signs of installation of additional hardware.
Not Eligible for Refund:
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, overclocking, or electrical issues in your environment.
PCs showing significant cosmetic or internal damage.
Software issues or problems caused by user-installed programs, viruses, or tampering.
Return Shipping
Local customers may return the PC in person at no cost.
For shipped orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an assembly error or defective part covered under our guarantee.
Repair or Replacement Option
If you prefer not to return the PC, we will:
Repair the affected component(s), or
Replace faulty parts under warranty
at no charge within the first 30 days.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the PC is returned and inspected.
